DISCUSSION.

Has anyone ever shared a “secret to success” that you found helpful? What was it?

EXAMINATION.

Vv.6-9 From these verses, what are the characteristics of God’s secret, hidden wisdom?

Who are the rulers of this age?

Taking into consideration all that Paul has said previously, God’s secret wisdom is that salvation comes through faith in Christ crucified. In what sense is that “wisdom”?

Vv.10-13 To whom are God’s secrets revealed?

What role does the Spirit play in this?

Vv.14-16 Who is the “man without the Spirit” or “natural” person and the “spiritual” person?

What are the limitations of the “natural” person?

What benefits belong to the “spiritual” person?

How can the spiritual person judge all things and not be judged by others?

What does it mean to have the mind of Christ?
